DLM - Week 1

Today, as a group, we came up with the steps we will take when we make decisions. I think this will be helpful because we are always making decisions, and having structure lessens the arrival of conflicts. Our service learning project is coming along. We still need to make sure everyone is on the same page and then start to communicate with the company.

  1. How do you think the decision making procedure you come up with can be helpful in the following weeks? What would you say is the most important element in the decision making process?

  2. We still have to make a lot more decisions. Some decisions include: what our project will be over, who will contact the company, who will reserve a lot on campus, who will provide the table, etc... Therefore, the process we came up with today will help us make those decisions and not have anyone dislike the final decisions being made. I'd say the most important element in our decision making process would be the last one. Our last process states that the group will agreeably decide on the one idea that best fits the group's end goals and results. ---DLM---
